Roles and Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of Training & Placement Committee are-

• Providing students with information and guidance on career options based on their strengths, interests, and market demands.
• Assisting students with options, entrance tests, and processes for higher education.
• Designing and delivering training programs focused on soft skills, technical skills, aptitude, and interview preparation to enhance employability.
• Organizing campus placement drives and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for both students and visiting organizations.
• Collects, updates, and maintains student profiles and performance data relevant to placement and training activities.
• Conducts regular assessments to identify skill gaps in third-year and final-year students and formulates customized training modules accordingly.
• Builds strong relationships with reputed companies and industry leaders to create diverse placement opportunities for students.
• Organizes guest lectures, industrial visits, workshops, expert talks, and webinars to bridge the gap between academia and industry expectations.
• Coordinates all pre-placement and post-placement activities.
• Leverages alumni for mentoring, training sessions, and networking to strengthen the placement ecosystem.

    Frequency of the Meeting: Twice in the year (once in a semester) and as and when necessary.

Message from Dean T&P

At R.R. Institute of Modern Technology, we aspire to ignite the light of education in every student who becomes part of our institution. To strengthen learning beyond the classroom, we conduct summer boot camps, professional certification programs, hackathons, coding competitions, and various hands-on training sessions. These initiatives foster innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while giving students the confidence to face real-world challenges.
