Working mechanism of Grievance Committee

Grievance from the faculty, staff or students can be submitted:
Online Via the official link https://rrimt.ac.in/about-grievance-redressal-system
Offline by submitting the hard copy at the Registrar Office.
The Grievance Committee, along with the Head of the Committee, analyses and investigates each case.
A meeting may be convened, if required, to discuss the matter and ensure justified resolution.
The grievance should be resolved within 30 days from the first hearing.
A detailed confirmation of the resolution is sent to the complainant. If unsatisfied, the complainant may resubmit the grievance via the website or in writing to the Head of the Committee.
All grievance cases and actions taken are documented and filed for future reference.

Purpose

The Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism for the students of the College has been started to resolve the complaints/ issues faced by the students in a more transparent manner. This system aims at identifying before management the problems areas for students and resolving them quickly.

Objectives

The Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism for the students of the College has been started with following end objectives-

  • To develop an organizational framework to resolve grievances of the students
  • To provide a transparent system of handling the student grievances
  • To ensure effective solution to the student’s grievances
  • To investigate the reason of dissatisfaction
  • To obtain where possible a speedy resolution to the problem
  • To ensure that all student related issues/ problems are visible to management
